Colm is an experienced cybersecurity professional certified in Secure Network Operations is passionate about innovation & leadership.
A graduate of Business Information Systems at UCC and holding a PGDip in Cybersecurity Innovation, Colm combines technical expertise with insights gained from athletics, global travel, and a commitment to sustainability — driving the creation of impactful, balanced cybersecurity solutions with Ailtire.
Aileen Sheehan
Aileen is a technology leader with over 20 years of experience driving transformative initiatives across industries.
With a BSc in Computer Systems, an MSc in Digital Health Transformation, and a PGDip in Cybersecurity Innovation, Aileen has led large-scale programs and innovation projects, including Laya Healthcare’s Technology Hub. She is now bringing her expertise to Ailtire, helping deliver forward-thinking, secure, and scalable solutions.

Damion is an accomplished IT professional with over 30 years of experience spanning system integration, and administration.
Holding MSc degrees in Industrial Networks & Cybersecurity and IT Management, along with a PGDip in Cybersecurity Innovation, he blends deep technical expertise with forward-thinking leadership.
